If you have consented to receive text messages from Markexe, you may receive messages for conversational purposes.
Example: Hi, Joe, this is Markexe . I am confirming our meeting at 10 AM at Heine Brothers this morning. I look forward to seeing you soon.

3. Opting In Method
Clients can opt-in to receive SMS messages from Markexe in the following way:
Verbally, during a conversation.

Message frequency will vary depending on your communication preferences and project requirements. You may receive multiple messages per week/month.
6. How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to 502.546.7053.
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you one final confirmation text message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
Opting out is free of charge; however, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to the confirmation message.

9. Supported Carriers
Our SMS Program may not be available on all mobile carriers or compatible with all mobile phone models. Markexe and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include, but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc. Carrier availability is subject to change.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The information we collect through the SMS Program is subject to our main Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. We do not share or sell SMS opt-in phone numbers for the purpose of SMS. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to these SMS Terms
Markexe reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on this page.
